Returns & FAQ
So here's the deal. Everything in this shop gets printed after you order it, just for you. That means we can't take stuff back because it didn't fit or you changed your mind, man. Check the size guide before you order. We know. We forget too.
But if your order shows up misprinted or messed up, that's on us, and we'll replace it or refund it. No hassle. Just send a photo of it laid flat in good light, plus your order number, through our contact form.

Cancellations
Want to cancel or change your order? Use the link in your confirmation email. You can edit your order any time before it goes into production.
Once it's in production, we may still be able to replace it or sort something out, depending on what happened. After your order arrives, you have 30 days to tell us about any quality issue.
Damaged or misprinted?
For the fastest fix, send a photo of the print error or the damaged spot, along with your order number. Lay it flat with the tag and the problem clearly visible.

Refunds
Because everything is made to order, we can't do refunds, returns, or exchanges except for quality issues. A refund needs a photo showing the problem.
PayPal: refunds show back up in your PayPal balance within 24 business hours.
Credit or debit card: refunds show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Ways to pay
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on where you are, Klarna/Afterpay and local payment methods.
International orders
Orders shipping outside the US may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. At checkout you'll see either a pre-collected duty amount or a notice about possible import fees, depending on your location and what you ordered. You're responsible for any import duties or fees, whether they're collected at checkout or on delivery. For details on your country's customs rules, contact your local customs office.
